About the Role

Salvage Solutions Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for our Frontier Asset Recovery program. This role offers the opportunity to explore historically significant vessels while contributing to our quarterly salvage quotas. Associates work in collaborative teams to recover valuable resources from derelict ships in The Drift.

What You'll Do

  • Navigate procedurally generated derelict ships across multiple depth zones
  • Manage personal and team oxygen resources efficiently
  • Identify and collect high-value salvage items for Company processing
  • Respond to environmental challenges (vacuum, toxins, fire, darkness)
  • Coordinate extraction timing with your team before the extraction timer expires
  • Interface with S.A.L.L.I. for real-time operational support and safety tips
  • Avoid, distract, or hide from legacy security systems and other hazards
  • Document any unusual findings for Salvage Solutions Inc. research purposes

Qualifications

Compensation Structure

Standard Debt Package

  • Ship Financing: 50,000 - 200,000 credits
  • Equipment Package: 5,000 credits
  • Training Fee: 2,000 credits
  • Processing Fee: 500 credits
  • Insurance (Mandatory): 100 credits/month
  • Interest: 12% annually (compounding)

Revenue Split

  • Company Cut: 30% of salvage value
  • Ship Maintenance Reserve: 10% (mandatory)
  • Crew Split: 60% (divided by contribution)

A skilled crew working The Belt can clear 500-1,000 credits per survivor per mission. Deep zone salvage offers significantly higher returns for those willing to accept the associated challenges.
